During our process together, we will ground our efforts to harness your energy and reinvigorate you. From a place of strength and vitality, we will embark on an intentional change process designed to help you identify your genuine ideal self and future vision and integrate behavior shifts that will support you to stay your chosen course.
Each session will incorporate embodied practices of self-awareness, self-compassion, authentic expression, and invigorating rest. We will prioritize self-awareness so that your insights can emerge. Attuned to your inner personal mission, you will be clear, resourced, and balanced - prepared to transition back into work and beyond.

Request AVGS Voucher
I will walk you through the process of requesting and applying for the voucher. It’s a simple but particular bureaucratic process that you will be guided through in order to receive the free coaching. This can take up to three weeks.
Creative Job Coaching
During the coaching, we’ll move through an intentional change process together. We’ll explore practices that ground you, articulate your needs and desires, and explore how you can fully embody who you wish to be in your life and choose work that aligns.

What is an AVGS?
Der Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein (AVGS) aka the activation and placement voucher, is an offer from the Federal Employment Agency, the Job Center, and the pension insurance institutions and is available for private individuals who are currently unemployed.
What is an AVGS used for?
You are eligible for free job coaching with a registered coach or organization such as me and the other registered coaches in The Fired Up Collective.
What requirements do I have to meet in order to receive an AVGS?
If you are registered as a jobseeker at the employment agency or the job center, you can apply for an AVGS. The AVGS is awarded on a discretionary basis there is no legal entitlement to receive an AVGS. Only recipients of unemployment benefits have a legal right to the voucher if they have been registered as jobseekers for at least six weeks.
Eligible groups:
Recipients of ALG I / ALG II (but sometimes not required)
Registered jobseekers (threatened with unemployment, so-called "non-benefit recipients")
Employees in a fixed-term or terminated employment relationship
Apprentices and students looking for a job
Self-employed who are reorienting themselves and
are looking for a job that is subject to social security contributionsReturnees (e.g. after parental leave or care work)
Soldiers after completing their military service
Employees in transfer and rescue companies
How can I receive an AVGS?
